For an international project in Serbia, we delivered a high-density industrial storage system, consisting of two electro-welded heavy-duty steel racks, engineered for the optimized management of industrial containers across multiple levels. The heavy-duty structure was dimensioned to ensure high load capacities and integrates custom protection solutions, including sliding dust covers and precision centering systems for material loading. Each storage bay is monitored in real-time by presence detection photoelectric sensors and status indicator lights, allowing for immediate inventory visibility. Operational management is driven by an advanced digital architecture featuring industrial PCs (IPCs) and wireless mobile devices, fully interconnected via a Profinet network. This turnkey supply included on-site installation, functional commissioning, and dedicated software integration.
