For this project, we designed and manufactured a specialized pallet conveyor line dedicated to managing vehicles for a prestigious automotive brand prior to final End-of-Line (EOL) validation. By implementing mobile pallet platforms with integrated pantograph scissor lifts, the system allows operators to adjust the vehicle’s height at every station, ensuring maximum ergonomics and operational precision. At the end of the production cycle, the empty pallet is lowered to level -1 via a scissor lift table, routed back to the initial station through a network of motorized roller conveyors, and returned to level 0 by a second vertical lift. The line operates under a flexible “Stop & Go” control logic, allowing vehicles to be loaded or unloaded in multiple positions—either on their wheels or on designated chassis lifting points—to optimize manufacturing workflows. Each heavy-duty conveyor pallet is dimensioned to carry both the vehicle and the necessary assembly tools simultaneously, making every workstation fully autonomous and highly efficient.
