This project involved the structural upgrade of an inverted Bi-Rail conveyor system for bumpers, including the integration of new accumulation branches and the supply of new trolleys. The existing layout was optimized to improve plant functionality and support production continuity. The scope of work covered the complete project management, from mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design to hardware/software development. Our team also supplied and installed the structural components and sensor systems, and managed the revamping phase, including the removal of eight existing chains and the installation of the new drive units. The result is a tailor-made solution that ensures maximum efficiency and production continuity within the current plant layout.
