This custom-engineered EV battery pack and underbody component assembly line features a highly flexible architecture tailored to meet the strict demands of modern electric vehicle manufacturing. Motorized roller decks, belt conveyors, and precision pick-up units work in synergy to ensure a continuous, accurate, and high-efficiency assembly flow. Material handling efficiency is driven by high-speed RGVs (Rail Guided Vehicles) and heavy-duty gripper systems (both manual and automated), engineered for safe heavy-payload manipulation within an optimized factory footprint. Furthermore, the system automates part-feeding by picking components from an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) line and placing them directly onto the main assembly pallet. Beyond supplying the new equipment, the project included an extensive facility re-layout and retrofitting of existing structures, encompassing all hardware and software upgrades necessary for seamless system integration and full production commissioning.
