Our work involved the revamping of a stacker crane serving an automatic body storage warehouse in the paint shop area, with the aim of upgrading the automated storage system and improving its reliability, safety, and operational continuity. The scope of work included the upgrade of the main handling systems, position control systems, and safety devices, optimizing the performance of the industrial stacker crane within the automatic warehouse. Further activities focused on plant safety and modernization, including the installation of new control panels, monitoring devices, and maintenance-related components. The result is an updated and fully functional solution, integrated into the existing production environment.
