Our spring compression tooling is designed to follow the vehicle body along the overhead conveyor line, maintaining the same speed to allow manual spring compression and fastening operations. The system attaches to the existing carrier and travels on dedicated rails, ensuring precision and stability under all operating conditions. The equipment consists of carriage halves, floating and telescopic slides, hydraulic cylinders, and a self-propelled drive unit for longitudinal movement. It can be configured for different vehicle models through dedicated process presets. Safety is ensured by laser scanners and safety edge sensors, while the touchscreen control panel enables the operator to manage speed, stroke lengths, model selection, diagnostics, and manual commands. Thanks to its integration with the production line and interlocking systems, the device continuously communicates its operating status and availability, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety throughout the assembly process.
