The system automatically detects the vehicle body via photocell, allowing the operator to hook and lift the tailgate safely and efficiently. Equipped with a dual-motor system and absolute encoder, the lifter manages precise movements along the X and Z axes, synchronizing seamlessly with the production line speed without disrupting it. The software interface ensures continuous communication with the existing production system, guaranteeing smooth operation and seamless integration.
